"Before the Faculty Success Program, I struggled with time management and balancing family and work issues. Participating in the program has brought forth almost revolutionary changes to my habits, perspectives, and daily plans. Not only did the program equip me with toolkits and techniques to better face the future challenges in my work and maintain productivity and a good life/work balance, but it has also shaped my mind to help me cope with many aspects of my work, time, relationship, and life. Furthermore, It helped me establish a system that I can work with, adjust, improve, and implement to continue prospering and succeeding in my career."
